SERVICES You are in control of your services; you choose your schedule and we accommodate your preferences in all areas. Our supervisor will meet with you in your home, hospital, nursing facility, adult family home or assisted living facility to perform an assessment at NO CHARGE to you. She will work with you to create a plan of care, and help you select the right personnel. If you are under the care of a physician, we will consult with your doctor before care begins. Our skilled nursing aide staff is capable of caring for you all of your life; even if you are bed bound, we can make you comfortable in your home. We can also provide transportation from any facility to your home when you are discharged. Our services include:	'We will never have to leave our home and family. Bathing and personal hygiene, including full care for those who are bedbound. Wheelchair and bed transfers. Exercise, indoors or out. Transportation: shopping for groceries, errands, appointments, or outings just for pleasure. Preparation of nutritious meals of your choice; preparation of special diets. Housekeeping and laundry.
