Enhanced Care: Treatment, Chronic Illness

Wright’s can help care for your loved one while they are undergoing treatments such as chemotherapy and radiation or when they need assistance managing diseases or chronic illness.

We use a team approach and offer clients a wealth of practical knowledge when it comes to working with primary care physicians and health care providers.

Our disease management experts help identify, educate, monitor and mentor patients living with diseases such as: diabetes, heart disease, Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis and COPD.

​

Enhanced Care includes:

• Assisting bed bound clients with ADL's and preventing pressure sores.

• Care and support for paraplegic or quadraplegic individuals.

• Transfers with assistive devices such as a Hoyer lift, sit-to-stand, or slide board.

• Providing support and assistance for cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy or radiation.

• Managing a chronic condition to prevent further decline.

• Staffing support for hospice or palliative care.

• Setting up the home care environment and assistance with ordering appropriate equipment and supplies.

• Medication management, with support from a consulting Registered Nurse.

• Other specialized needs.
