End-of-Life/Hospice Support

Our caregivers understand the nature of this transition and can help ensure your loved one is as comfortable as possible.

We work with all hospice organizations to provide companionship, homemaking and personal care for up to 24 hours a day.

​

End-of-Life/ Hospice Support includes:

• Comfort

• Companionship

• Coordination of care with hospice services

• Respite for family caregivers

• Medication administration with nurse delegation when requested

• Shopping and/or meal preparation for family

• Cleaning and household chores
