What You Can Expect From Us

 Care Coordination

Our assessments and personalized care plans include safety, assistance with activities of daily living, personal preferences, and special needs. This plan guides our caregivers and care coordinators in providing the best possible support for your situation. Our care coordinators stay involved and communicate your ongoing needs, progress and changes to physicians, family and other members of your care team!

 Experienced Professionals

Your care team involves professional, certified care coordinators with experience and expertise in the issues associated with aging.

 Same Day Service

We understand that the need for home care services is often unanticipated, so when you need a helping hand immediately, we can be there!

 Reliable Staff

Our goal is to provide you with qualified caregivers that meet your needs. We continue to supervise, stay involved and guide our caregivers.

 Ethical and Value-Driven Care

Our agency is based on our five operational values of respect, advocacy, compassion, intention, and accountability.

 Support

Through referral to community resources, monthly family education opportunities, and our continuing care network, you can expect to be connected to the options available as your needs change.

Services are designed for those who need "a little help" to remain independent and age-in-place.  With your input, we help identify the things that will be most helpful and also will make your life easier. Then create a unique Plan of Care that provides direction to your caregivers. Through the Plan of Care, we not only identify what needs to be done, but based on your personality and preferences, how services should be provided.  Do you like a friendly and outgoing caregiver or would you prefer a caregiver that is quiet and gives you plenty of space? What type of food do you like and is there a recipe that you prefer? Do you need a little encouragement to accomplish daily tasks, or full assistance? Services can include:

  • Transportation for shopping or appointments.

  • Normal household duties such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, pet care, etc.

  • Personal hygiene such as assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming.

  • Medication reminders or assisting with medications.

  • Stand by assistance with walking or transferring.

  • Safety and support for those with memory impairment.

  • Fun outings and activities.

  •  Customized support based on special needs.

At Wright's Home Care we believe that aging is filled with boundless opportunities to grow and learn, contribute and participate in the countless enriching events in life. Our guiding philosophy influences everything we do and everyone we hire to serve those for whom we care.

In 2017
Wright's Home Care's parent, Northwest Healthcare, received the "Best Of" award from SeniorAdvisor.com.  We intend to show each of our clients how we won it through the care we deliver to them.
